Time to stop hurting yourself ?
Take it from somebody who spent decades and thousands of dollars between workouts at home and lotsa fitness clubs, it’s easy to overcook a workout, especially as you age. As they say, “Father Time is undefeated.”
Please indulge the personal scorecard: Shoulder replacement (before 60 !), neck fusion, several wrist and knee surgeries, cracked ribs, many strains and sprains to all the major muscle groups.
Especially when you’re 5’6″ and about 145 lbs.
