Kinda makes sense.

Maybe more than just “kinda”.

Personally “belonged (beholdened)” to a gym, of some sort, for decades.

Somehow fifty pounds, or so, were whittled off over 20 years.

Fewer carbs/starches (not ZERO – keep the colon a’movin’)

Has lotsa water been mentioned yet ?

Yeah, it’s a nag. But it’s Key to The Deal.

Also, a bit of exercise and some more H2O.

More nag. (Sort of sorry.)
