Torn from the medical file “duh !”
So “over-sitting” IS an issue.
If your office chair is occupied almost seven hours a day, saying “see ya !” for a few minutes seems like a good way to break up the work day.
It also seems like a stroll every half hour would break up the monotony, on the way to boredom.
Nice for not only your major muscle groups, but good for the brain as well, you would think (pun intended).
