Here are a few things you might be doing that your heart really doesn’t appreciate (personally had no idea with these) :
When an alarm clock wakes you up and you’re getting less than 6 hours of sleep the chance of a heart attack spikes 20%. Curiously, more than 9 hours the risk rises to about 33%.
Using creamer in your coffee and diet pop are no- nos. Peanut butter is OK in moderation (whatever THAT is).
Driving in heavy traffic is tough on the ticker. Duh. BTW, men who drive more than 10 hours/week have an increase in possible heart trouble by more than 80%.
Snacking on fruit way better than salty chips.
Flossing your teeth before bedtime is strongly urged, with many reasons for that habit.
