Big shock here : Researchers say eating a lot of sugar, saturated fat, and processed carbs can bother your sleep. Plant based foods, fiber and unsaturated fats – nuts, olive oil, fish, avocados for better rest. A LOT of avocados get “moved” in our house, and they go with almost anything, even toast in the morning. A pattern of restless sleep can be linked to a diet of fewer proteins, less fruits and vegetables.
