That’s their choice.
But we as humans (most of us who are classified as such, anyway) this is welcome news to a household that has a wife/mom who’s been battling with these migraines (or, sometimes called “clusters”) for many years.
Treated the same, BTW.
Fish with Omega-3 fats is fairly routine for us.
OK, this is the Time to Fess Up part of the posting: Omega-6 fats are in vegetable oils, nuts and seeds. In moderation, can be good for you.
