May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and maybe a good time to take stock in our true emotional state. Since 2008 we’ve observed this important month to raise awareness, show support and continue to learn.

Mental health care is one of the biggest pandemic health care issues facing all of us. Make it ok to talk about.
Perhaps use power of your social media for good and #hashtags to help promote all month long.
And remember you…treat yourself to some needed self-care and a healthy reminder to worry less about what they think and more about yourself today.
